Our goal is to give you access to the information regarding ESTATE AND LAND RECORDS right at your office as quickly and economically as possible. To navigate easily throughout our website, you must have a name you are searching for. You will be unable to search land records by property address or parcel number. For security reasons all instruments have gone through a redaction process (social security numbers have been blocked out).

However, before you begin, please READ the SITE REQUIREMENTS TO THE LEFT. These requirements will ensure the site functions properly and delivers the intended usage experience. Effective: December 23, 2013 - Users of eSearch will have to use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox if your computer has Windows XP. If you are using Windows 7, the only requirement is that you are using Internet Explorer 9 or newer. Java will no longer be a factor. (Posted: 12/20/13) If you should have any issues (unable to view images of documents, etc.) navigating through our website please note that site does have a Help Center that may be a quick reference for you to refer to. The Help Center is located at the top of the search screen (blue circle with a white question mark in the middle).

ESTATE PROBATES: In-Person Estate Probates: APPOINTMENTS ARE PREFERRED, as this has proved to be helpful with workflow. To schedule a Probate, call the office at 717.337.9826 or email: registerrecorder@adamscountypa.gov VIRTUAL ESTATES ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME FOR ATTORNEY REPRESENTED ESTATES.  


PUBLIC TERMINAL SEARCHING: (Title Searchers, Attorneys & Staff and Public):

Public terminals are available for public searching our records in our office. A copier to make copies is available ~ obtain a "copy button" at our office. 



Creating an account is quick and easy!

1.      Fill out the registration form by clicking the "Create an Account" link to the left underneath the login box.

2.      Accept the site's usage terms and conditions.

3.      Select a Subscription that best fits your needs. Note: You will be prompted to renew your subscription           automatically when access to your account expires.

Abbreviations and spelled out versions of LP (limited partnership), LLC (limited liability company), LLP (limited liability partnership), NA (national association), etc. that is part of a corporation name will be indexed starting February 14, 2011.

Prior to July 24, 1989: Schools, Townships/Boroughs and Churches are indexed under the words: School, Township, Borough or Church (Posted: September 30, 2015)
